Next, you build your rules. Simple replacements, numbering, date values, metadata, regular expressions, or custom JavaScript logic can be combined with one another.

  • Compare original and result continuously and see status, conflicts, and invalid names per item.
  • Search and filter large previews in pages and chunks with reduced memory use.
  • Enable execution only after a valid preview and recheck source, target, and file state immediately before starting.
06Rename, copy, and move
  • Rename files in place, copy them to a target, or move them into a new structure within the same workflow.
  • Block existing targets, preserve both with an automatic suffix, or overwrite deliberately.
  • Reject or replace invalid characters, back up overwrite cases, and resolve swaps or cycles through two-phase renaming.
