Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires if:
- when it comes to digital content,
- that are not delivered on a physical medium,
- and the customer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract will begin before the expiration of the cancellation period.
By initiating the download or accepting the license, the customer agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.
